Public programs are held throughout the country for individuals and small teams. The programs are city specific and range from one-day overviews of the process to two-day workshops designed around specific strategic thinking topics.

Custom Workshops

For a specific challenge or initiative, workshops can be customized to meet the specific objectives of an organization. Whether it is a one-hour presentation or a four-day event, each workshop can be tailored to meet objectives, solve problems and achieve goals. Prices start at $195 per person for a one-day training and can be customized depending on the spec’s of the project.

Special Strategic Projects

We can help with specific problems or challenges in HR, marketing, finance, strategy or even help executive teams and board of directors with assignments outside the functional areas of an organization. Some of our past projects have included:

• Training Initiatives – We have worked on culture change initiatives, leadership development, and strategic planning. We can be as precise as working through a team issue or as broad as a global training rollout that includes Train-the-trainer.
• Data Analysis Initiatives – We also have experience analyzing large data sets and interpreting the results. These include customer data, performance data, and operational data sets. We can do a simple ROI analysis of training projects or complex regression analysis and modeling of an industry.
